Step 3: Schedule and Pay for Attendance

You must pre-purchase the days your student will attend Adventure Club.

Monthly Plan (Recommended)

• $250/week - 8 recurring payment for 8 weeks

Daily Plans

Available upon request. Please email the dates you need to Ops@AzAdventureClub.com

• • Rate: $55 per day plus admission cost (see calendar for admission fees)

  • Summer Session 1: All dates must be selected before May 18

  • Summer Session 2: All dates must be selected before June 15

  • Billed weekly by credit card, check, or cash.

Step 4: Submit Optional Hard Copies

Medication Consent (Optional) 

If medication must be given during Adventure Club hours, please complete and submit the Medical Consent Form before we are allowed to administer any medication.
