Adventure Club provides a safe, structured, and engaging after‑school environment for students from multiple surrounding districts. Registration is open for the current school year.

You must pre‑purchase the days your student will attend Adventure Club.
Monthly Plan (Recommended)
$310/month — recurring payment for the rest of the school year
Includes a built‑in discount.
Daily Plans
Available upon request.
Daily Rates:
     - Regular Day: $17   -   Wednesday: $23   -   Full Days: $44
Registration Fee
A one‑time Registration Fee is required for all new families enrolling in the School Year program.
$60 for one child
$100 for two or more children
You will receive instructions for paying the Registration Fee after completing the registration form.
How to Register
1. Complete the Emergency Contact Form
Fill out the online registration form with your student’s information and emergency contacts.

2. Choose Your Payment PathÂ
Credit Card Surcharge: A 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments.
You can avoid this fee by paying with cash, check, or bank transfer (ACH).

3. Submit Optional Hard Copies
Medication Consent (Optional)
We recommend that any medication be administered by the school nurse before your student leaves school.
If this isn’t possible and medication must be given during Adventure Club hours, please complete and submit the Medical Consent Form before we are allowed to administer any medication.

Immunization Record (Optional)
If you would like us to keep a copy of your student’s immunization record, you may provide one.
School Pickup
Adventure Club currently provides daily pickup from:
Tanque Verde Elementary School (TVES)
Agua Caliente Elementary School (ACES)
We may add additional schools based on family interest.
If your student attends a nearby school and you would like to request pickup, please email ops@azadventureclub.com.
