⚫ Week # (Black) – Weekly Payment Option Due Date

Weekly payments must be made by Friday of the week before care begins.

⚫ Full Month (Black) – Monthly Payment Option Due Date

Monthly payments are due by the 28th of the month prior to the month of care.

🟡 Early Release (Yellow) – Included in both weekly and monthly rates.

🟢 Full Day (Green) – Fall, Winter, New Year’s, and Spring Break

These days are not included in weekly or monthly payments. If you would like your child to attend on a Full Day, you must add it to your cart from the dropdown menu during signup for that week or month.

🔴 No Club (Red) – Adventure Club is closed on these days.

Adventure Club will be closed on the following days: 

• September : Labor day

• October : Last Friday of Fall break

• November : Veterans Day / Thanksgiving 

• December : Christmas Eve and Day / Week between Christmas & New Year's 

• January : New Years Day / Martin Luther King Day

• February : Rodeo Holiday 

• March : Last Friday of Spring Break  

• May : Memorial Day / Last Friday of school year

• July : Independence Day (July  4th)
